People Listen to You

July 5, 2016

Your ability to influence may be greater than you think. In all of us are qualities like those symbolized by The Crown in Star Journey. This is the symbol of true leadership and guidance, of providing direction that comes straight from the heart. People listen to what you say, what you think, no matter what it may seem. Know that by your own sincere striving to be good, others see, hear, and take heed. The truer you are to your path, the more valued you are as a leader for others.

Star Journey will present three sessions at the upcoming conference "Teaching and Learning with Technology" produced by UNC–Pembroke and held April 12–14 at their campus in Second Life. With one session each day, Dr. Sonya Hardin, associate nursing professor at UNC, will co-present with Richard Geer, system author.  "Star Journey – An Island of Knowing" will show attendees both how Star Journey works for self reflection ... and how it can enhance the learning experience in many fields of study.

"This is a wonderful opportunity," says Dr. Hardin, "for educators from around the world to have a first-hand experience with this multi-dimensional tool. It has applications in many disciplines – Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy Music, Art, and many others."

Check out the December issue of online magazine "Mystic Living Today."

Star Journey received a great review by Riki Frahmann. Turns out Riki started using the symbol system for herself years ago when it was published as Star+Gate. Read her heartfelt remarks and her perceptions about Star Journey today. Our whole team can be proud of all we've accomplished, bringing this tool to more people through expansion into many new media. And Thank You, Riki!!

It was a romantic evening on Star Journey island with oh-so dreamy music on Valentines Day, 2010. Guests were swooned by sounds of "The Bad Boys of Ballads," SOAR the hot new Aussie group. The event was held in The Dreamer Star, part of Star Journey in Second Life, with multiple dance floors where one could dance or cuddle while surrounded by wonderful music.
