Check out the new video of interview of Richard Geer about his latest book Star Journey – A Cosmology of Self. The 18-minute video is an excellent orientation to Star Journey and discusses the book as the written core of this multi-platform tool.
The interview was conducted by Richard’s frequesnt co-presenter Dr. Sonya Hardin, School of Nursiing, University of North Carolina–Charlotte. It was filmed in Richard’s virtual office, which is in the interactive symbol Star of Aspiration, which is part of Star Journey in Second Life. This a 50-meter sphere, one of twelve Star symbols found in the sky above ground level of the island.
Richard describes how the book serves as a guide to all formats of his system. He also shows the section of book where each symbol each their own "voice", told through rich narrative prose. Taken together, the symbols form the step by step "Symbolic Journey of the Self."
Ths book is a valuable addition to the experience of Star Journey. Thanks to Dr. Hardin and to the video team of Nitro Firegaurd and Korii Tiger for making it all happen.
